Exclamation USB Loader Not Loading Certain Games

I have a Western Digital 320 GB Mybook External hard drive. All the games I have for it work flawlessly. I purchased a Seagate FreeAgent Go 250 GB portable HD, the problem is some games don't work. i.e. Paper Mario, I can get past the Warning, but after that the video doesn't load and I have to reset the Wii Console.

    Any ideas?

Paper Mario works great on my W.D. Mybook. It plugs into the wall.

Though on my Seagate, it doesn't work. (USB Powered Only)

Have you ever deleted any games from your Seagate then installed more games.
Some people believe that the drive becomes fragmented when you do this, resulting in slower search times and maybe not even booting the game at all.

edit - I have paper mario on my seagate freeagent 500GB and have no problems, I did have one freeze up after installing cIOS rev12, but installing the cIOS rev13b hasn't given problems. All my games load good.

Alright I will my drive completely for Wii games. ATM, I have 95% of it partitioned in WBFS and 5% NTFS.

Make sure that your WBFS partition is the primary partition.

Problem fixed by making the hard drive one partition rather than dividing it.

Question: Why do my hard drives stay on even when the Wii is off?

    Hello there,
I installed some games on one of my external hard disk using USB Loader GX (some from original games and some from backups). All they were working fine but "Call of Duty 3" which will freeze when loading.
The problem and weird thing is that after my wife dropped my hard disk from no higher than 30 cm (1 ft) and on carpet, even though USB Loader GX still shows all the games as installed on the external hard disk it would only load those installed from originals.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
    Thanks a lot,
