Can't play wii games on the external HDD

    Hi,

I have this problem that happening most of the time.
I have a hard drive (WD) with a few games that supporting wii. When the wii flow loading the HDD, i can see the first game. But when i try to click play/shift using the two controls it will not let me to continue to any of the games. It will just continue to display the first game and will not do anything.
I have tried to sync one of the control (when there is no lights) but it does not help. Sometime, when I played a game with CD, and then move to play with my external HDD it will give me the option the play. But recently this thing does not happened

Can someone please help as this is very disturbing.

    Thanks

What version of WiiFlow are you using? Are you using controllers with motion plus built in?

for the WiiFlow I bought it one year ago and I'm not sure about the version. I think I'm using regular control without anything attached to the remote.

    Thanks

You should probably follow the Sofmod ANY Wii guide to get everything up to date. It includes a newer version of WiiFlow. Try that first and report back.

Let me suggest perhaps in 5,163 posts that CJ may know something you don't? He's seen a helluva lot more than you, don't you think?

I'm sure he is...and if there is no other way i will need to do take his advise...but as I said before, why i need to update the WiiFlow if i bought it one year ago and it was working fine? If you don't have any other suggestions then i will not bother anyone anymore

    Thanks

    Don't ask, we won't tell.
Closing this, as he was obviously taking a poll, rather than seriously seeking advice.
