wiiflow help

I guys I am new to all this and need some help on my wii console .
I have had wiiflow installed a couple years ago and a external hard drive with many games loaded onto it .
everything was working ok , until the wife bought the kids dance 3 and it looks like it update the wii.
now the wiiflow does not work .
Do i download the lastist version of wiiflow on my pc and replace the file on the sd card which is in the wii .

You need to remod the Wii. Follow the Softmod Any Wii guide to get you back to where you need to be. You killed the softmod when you updated. Do not skip any steps of the guide. http://www.wiihacks.com/general-home...d-any-wii.html
