Wii Motion Plus Knockoff

So I just recieved my two wii motion plus from ebay that I ordered for about 9 dollars each and just my luck they are chinese knockoffs :O. I first noticed when I recieved the box and noticed that not once is nintendo labeled on the box. Well, they look identical and seem to be pretty well made, but im having a hard to trying to tell if they are working or not. Is there a setting to see if they are connected? I tried playing house of the dead overkill, but I honestly cant tell.

Edit: I just tried red steel 2 and it worked pretty well, so I guess they did their thing.
