Download the r418.dol from HERE, rename it to boot.dol, then copy it over to your sd/apps/wiiflow folder, overwriting the old boot.dol. Thats it!

What specifically do you mean by "crashing"? A specific error? Returns to system menu?

What is the make and model of your HDD?

I don't see it on the Compatibility list, but I only did a brief search since you didn't list the size. May want to have a look there first. Did you use one of our guides to format it? Also, did you use one of our guides to do your mod originally and if so how long ago?

Having similar problem. I deleted all of the files as mentioned in the wiki, and then copied over the r418 (boot.dol). But ever since i went to r417, wiiflow does not see my HDD. Even after many re-install attempts. This is my drive:

Seagate Expansion Portable Drives | Seagate

    320GB

And it was working previously, on r31x. And USB Loader Gx sees it as well.

    Any help would be appreciated.

per WiiFlow Wiki: Be sure to delete gameconfig1.ini and gameconfig2.ini in /wiiflow/settings, all WDM files /wiiflow/codes/wdm, and also your /wiiflow/cache/lists folder!
