I was reading the guide (http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...i-hacking.html "Basic introdution wii hacking") and at certain point it says:
"with softmodded Wii....Out-of-region games can usually be played by forcing the video type in the loader."
Well, I live in Brazil but I bought my white Wii in Japan (in 2009 I think). It's version was 4.0J and I softmodded to 4.1J. My question is: can I buy original games here (not the japanese version) and play it directly on my softmodded white Wii? Or I still need to use a USB Hard Drive?
Thanks a lot for your patience and sorry about my bad english!!
(I hope I posted@the correct place this time)
Yes, you can buy original games, but you probably won't be able to load them directly. You might need a loader. You can use USB Loader GX, but it requires a USB device, but you can take any usb drive (a memory stick will do) and use it even without placing games on it.
Awesome sig picture does not work
