Yes. Put it in your pc. Open My Computer. Right click on it, select format, then format to fat32.

Copy the downloaded apps folder to the root of the usb drive, then put it in the usb slot on your Wii that is closest to the edge. Open the Homebrew Channel, press 1, select USB Device, then press ok. You should then see MMM in hombrew. Launch from there and follow the instructions already given earlier in this thread about installing IOS57.

Okay, I dragged the MMM folder to my USB drive. I will try putting it in the Wii now. Do I need to put my SD card back inside my Wii? What does closest to the edge mean?

No, not just the MMM folder! It has to be in a folder called "apps" for the Homebrew Channel to see it. Go ahead and put your sd card back in your wii if you want. It doesnt have to be there for this, but you might as well.

Oh okay sorry so I create a folder called apps and then I put the MMM in there? Sorry, I told you it's been a long time since I had to mess with this.

Yes, you are correct. When you look at the usb drive you should just see an apps folder, then the MMM folder inside of that. And there are 2 usb ports on the wii. Use the one closest to the edge of the wii.
