Some Help Required - Homebrew Channel Won't Load

Hope you guy's can help.

Not used my Wii for about 6mths but I was itching for some retro gaming action via Mame. I had previously installed some emulator's via the Homebrew Channel and they all loaded and played perfectly (Mame, Snes, Genesis, etc)

Hoever when I attempted to load the Homebrew Channel this time I was met with a blank screen?? I made sure the internet connection was working (all fine) ensured the lock was'nt in place on my SD Adapter (it was'nt)

When I selected the SD Card on the Wii home screen, a message appeared stating that this type of SD Card is not supported - unsure why this is appearing as not changed the card and it was working fine the last time I used it.

The contents of my SD Card includes boot.dol, boot.elf and the apps folder (homebrew-browser folder inside this) so everything looks in place.

Any idea's?

Did you recently accept an update from a disc or the net??

That seems like the only reason for this.

When you last used your wii, do you remember is you did anything like accept an update?

And have you bought games recently that may have required a system update?

No, defono update selected. When I loaded it up and was checking my internet settings a request came up to update but I declined. My dashboard is still 4.1e. Not sure about the SD card, someone may have taken it out and used it. Should I reformat this?

No harm in formatting it and putting your files back on...so you might as well try it :D

Will give that a go today and post back - fingers crossed
