    letterbomb message not showing

    Hi all,
I've just bought a new Nintendo Wii (the black one that comes with Mario Kartz). I read a lot tutorials how to install use Letterbomb to hack it, but the problem is that the bomb message does not show up in the messages (not in today, yesterday or any date I can guest). I tried 3 different sd cards, 1 4GB SDHC, and two 2GB (ultra and standart) and still no luck. I formated all this cards in different fat variations (FAT and FAT32 with different size blocks - I'm with Win 7, but I tried FAT32_GUI_formater and panasonic formater as well) and still it's not working. My system Menu is 4.3E. I checked my MAC and downloaded several times the archive from LetterBomb . The private folder and boot.elf are copied in the root of the SD. I did't try modwii wizard yet, but do you think that it can help?. Do you have any other suggestions? I desperately need your help and suggestions
    Thanks

Maybe you could try making sure the date is set correctly. Or perhaps make it one day early. Might solve the problem.
Awesome sig picture does not work

Do you have your sd card inseted to your Wii while looking for the letterbomb message?

because I had this problem once and only to figure out that I needed to insert the SD card
    to the wii.

@bliepo: My date is set correct. I also tried to keep private folder modification date, but still there is no message on this date (or earlier, or later )

@skbc31: I read that some guys had this problem and solve it by inserting the sd card at different stages, so I also tried to insert the card before I turn it on, after turn on, but before opening the message box, and while the message box is opened, also while I was browsing thru the channels or wii settings. No luck so far

Does someone with the black wii have this problem?

Play a game, I think you have to have a message in your messages before it will work.

I have messages in the box. In addition I create a memo notes for the dates that I expect to have the letterbomb message if the date is empty.

Whenever I have one that won't find the bomb, I format the Wii. Then it shows up right away.
