    Error when installing USB Loader GX

    I bought a brand new Wii and have been following this guy's tutorial to the letter:
    {Removed outside link}

    but when I go to install the USB Loader GX. (which I already seem to have a channel for although when I click it I get a blank screen and nothing else) When I click to install it in the homebrew Channel I get this error message:

    Error
    USB Loader GX needs unstubbed cIOS 222 v4 or 249 v5

    I found 222 = 0
    249 = 0

    go figure out how to get some cIOS action going on in your wii and come see me.

    So I guess I'm here to try and figure out how to get some cIOS action going on in my Wii. Whatever that means?

    You may want to take good look at the Softmod Any Wii guide. You need more than just the homebrew channel!

    First mistake you made was following a guide on Youtube, all that has done has installed Homebrew & BootMii.

    Think of it as a puzzle, at the moment you have the image on the box, so you know what it should look like, but opening the box you find no peices. The guide will put all the pieces in the box, assemble them together, and whoopy doo, you have a completed puzzle!!

    As Toby said, follow the Softmod any Wii Guide on the forum, it will install all required cIOS.

    Having watched this vid, he appears to do a full softmod, BUT, and this was something I had to question, he never made a Nand back up. Upon commenting on his vid to ask why I was just told via pm that I am a woman and it's too technical for me by another viewer. I would avoid using that guide at all costs.

    Follow the guide on here and you wont go wrong, i've modded a fair few using that guide and all have turned out perfect.
