exception (dsi) when trying to download covers on cfg loader

hi all, just softmodded my sons wii and put games on hd using modmii and the great tutorials on here, everything works great but just 1 thing when i load up cfg loader from my hd none of the games have covers so i click on download missing covers then a black screen shows up with loads of white txt scrolling down then at the bottom says exception (dsi) reloading in 60 seconds.i have been into CfgLoaderConfigurator and changed the settings to what im assuming they should be?? but still the same.any help would be great as my sons is just 4 and not to hot on reading yet so the covers would be a big help.thx

The write protect isn't set on your sd card?
    Maybe update or reinstall cfg.

maybe your games are downloaded and mislabeled with the wrong game id's so nothing is matching up... or they are not being put into the right folder....
