    Updating a softmod

I have done the 4.2 shadowsonic softmod I never did the update or extra's part of the tutorial I did it all early last year (2011) and to be honest it worked fine with whatever I have asked it to run. I have noticed that my Cfg USB loader etc are now version out of date not to mention 4.3 E being out officially.

how do I bring my softmod up to date without killing it ? I have read so much about how not to update and not 100% sure of a reliable tutorial I can follow to get the latest CFG USB loader, latest homebrew and latest IOS and 4.3E versions of the wii software.

Do I need to do any of this ?

Follow the softmod any wii guide and you'll be set.

If you didn't use his tutorial to start with, follow the entire guide starting with the spoiler titled "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed." Then in the future you can use the update spoiler.
