    Unhappy HDD problem

Hi guys, I'm newb here so if I done anything wrong , forgive me... =)
So I have a problem with my Samsung 320gb HDD. When I bought it from a wii store, there was 2 portion in this HDD, 1 formatted FAT 32 for brew apps, the other part was WBFS. The HDD works fine with Config. Loader. Recently I re-formatted the FAT 32 portion ( contains the loader, installer and stuff, but I have it in my SD card). I again load the drive by config. loader but it just won't load ( usually the lights from the HDD flash, but it won't). All the games in the WBFS portion were there ( I checked it using WBFS manager). Ironically, my second computer ( Mac) won't load the drive either, even the WBFS manager, but my Windows PC works fine, and the WBFS manager do recognize the WBFS portion. Please help, anything appreciated.
If u need my system info then it's 4.2U

Make sure the wbfs partition is marked as active and primary and also check usb loader config file to make sure it is looking for wbfs partition and not fat etc

I really don't want to re-format the drive over again, the drive have considerable size of games, and would be time taking and power consuming to add it all over again. Actually, it appears the loader report that my drive have error RET= -1. I really don't know what it is though, so is there anyway I can solve this. I think it's the drive problem, it won't responding to other devices except my PC. Thanks for your respond....

Make sure the hd is plugged into the outer usb port of the wii and the drive is marked primary and active.

Actually, my drive was in correct position the whole time. After a few trials, and some googlings. I seriously think the problems is with my drive. The FAT32 portions is not functioning anymore; so before I re-format that portion, all the loaders, installer and stuff actually shows up on the Homebrew channel using the drive( without the SD); now i tried to copy all the files from the SD ( including the loader and stuff) to the FAT 32 portion. The apps won't show up in the Homebrew anymore... I'll try to find an alternative way for the solution. Thanks for helping....

OMG, when you said mark active drive you mean which one?? Sorry for that but i marked the FAT 32 drive as active, now my PC doesn't even show it on my computer anymore ( I plugged it out to try on my Wii, after that I plugged it in again). I'm so freaking out right now, what could go wrong?????

Just mark the wbfs partition as primary and active and the fat partition as primary, only one can be active
