Key.bin Issues.

So, I'm new on the forum and just wanted to start modding my Wii. I have already managed to BackUp Modern Warfare 3. Now I want to put a mod on it. I was try to setup Trucha Signer. I noticed I needed a key.bin file. I used Wii Scrubber and MakeKeyBin.exe to do so. But when I open up the key.bin file in Ultra Edit I don't anything like what I'm supposed to be getting. No hex just weird letters and stuff.
