I finished installing priiloader and i can load it but whenn i click bootmii in hb channel it freezes and says no signal on the tv.

Do you still have the "bootmii" folder on your SD card? And yes, you need both!
Yes bootmii is sstill at the root of sd and there are 3 files inside of it
Do you know for certain the the SD card works with BootMii? If not, try a different one (recommended is a Sandisk 2GiB. Not SDHC).
KK thanks. I luckily ordered that exact type of sd card same company and size about a week ago so it will b here soon and I will let u know if it works.
