Forgive me for not being a pro. I need to re hack my 4.1e wii/neo gamma r7 should I format my wii first and update to 4.3e? Or should I just go ahead with following the hack any wii? Any help would be greatly accepted.

Just follow the soft mod any wii guide. It will over write the old Mod.
