Bricked Wii using DOP Mii (No AV Display)

I followed a guide on downgrading 4.3 to 4.1 using DOP Mii, and on the final step, I got a code dump error. So I pressed and held power to turned it off (since the controller could not turn the system down).

As I turned the system back on, the power light came on, but my television remained to say "no display". I didnt even get a black screen. I did not have priilolader but I did save the NAND with bootmii.

Is there a solution to this? I but this Wii from walmart tonight, and I'd feel like an ass if I returned it saying that it didnt work. Thanks

should be using Maurifog guide to do softmod. You can check guide in my signature, if Wii is bricked, just bring it back to Walmart, they won't ask any questions? They have no clue about these types of things, plus with the holiday around the corner they too busy to even bother checking half the stuff being return, been there done that trust me. Anyway if you follow Maurifog guide he won't lead you wrong, best guide out there, and very user friendly.

Plus a Nand backup on a originally 4.3 wouldn't work.... Cheeky exchange...

Surely thats not the way to encourage people. We tell people not to pirate, Then advise people to take their failures back to Walmart. Tch! tch! tch, Not impressed.

Well if it's still in warranty then why not? If you dropped a HDD and it stopped working but it came with a 3 year warranty. What would you do? I'd send the thing back.

Comparing Piracy(legal issue) with a bricked Wii(Software/Hardware corruption) are 2 completely different things in my opinion.

Yea it was my fault not walmarts. I return it and they didn't ask questions. I felt bad so I bought the extended warranty. The wii was for a friend that wanted old emulators on the system. She already paid for all the disc games that she wanted.

Whatever makes you sleep at night. You do know that once you mod it the warranty is voided anyhow, right?
