I know most popular apps are patched, but I'm so picky. What if I wanted to use a not so popular app? Then I'm screwed. I managed to return the lame anti-homebrew remote for a full refund. I'm going to give the FlingSmash remote bundle a shot. Worst comes to worst, I'll just pick up a golden Zelda remote. I'm positive the FlingSmash remote will work though. It's sold out everywhere I've asked (multiple gamestops, Target, Kmart).

Mods if this is in the wrong section please advice...

I have one of the first edition wii consoles that were softmodded way way back then about 6 years, recently I
wanted to play the newer released games and followed the latest softmod wii guide, the original remotes RVL-CNT -01.
Both remotes synch after the health and safety screen, as soon as I start a game from cfg loader after about 10 sec in the game one remote
loose connection. After removing the batteries and replacing it it works about for 20sec and loose connection again.
It only loose connection as soon as a game is loaded.
All four leds are flashing and have tried different kind of rechargeable batteriess,
when switching between menus in homebrew channel it does not loose connection.

I read through this thread but could not find something usefull except to follow the latest softmod wii guide
which I have already done.I also posted a system check in the appropriate thread.
I tried troubleshooting by getting another remote, I got a dreamgear 3112 remote plus to test it on the console and it does not sync,

I got a black wii remote with motion plus purchased before 2011 and it sync and works fine

How do I solve the issue with my original wii remotes that has always worked before but looses connection during gameplay after the recent
    softmod anywii guide ?

Hello guys... How are you... Iīve got a third party wii remote with bluit in remote plus to use with my Wii U and Iīm having these problems... The controller doesnīt work inside the homebrew channel on vWii... It works fine in the system menu and in games (even when booted from the homebrew channel with a regular remote), but it disconnects when I open the homebrew channel and canīt connect again until I close it... Is there a solution for this? My homebrew channel is up to date (1.1.2) so It should work, right?

Have you tried a first-party controller?

Original wiimote works fine... I use it to boot the games and then I switch to the one that is not original, cause it has motion plus...

But, it should have been working fine, since the HBC is up to date... My Wii U system menu is not up to date... Maybe that's the cause?

I think the cause is the third-party controller.

Maybe... But it works flawlessly on everything, except homebrew stuff...
