    Many thanks
Not sure what you used to mod your wii but the softmod any wii guide linked in my signature has everything you need and the app pack at the end contains apps that will work with the new wiimotes.

Yeah, but how can I install the IOS, the cIOS and WADS if my controller disconnects everytime.
    I use this guide http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html
and everytime I try step Chapter 2-Part 1 where I need to load Multi-Mod Manager to install the wads my controller disconnects and I can't navigate on the menu.

There's an app on this thread called WiiMod that says that its similar with Multi-Mod Manager that will work with the new controllers, but can I use it to install everything I need to start working with USB Loader?
If I can, how do I do it? Is there a guide for it?

I have a newer Wiimote Plus and Classic Controller Pro and have been trying to get wii64 to work. Is it just not support and am I screwed or is there a fix I don't know of. I heard of matguitarist's fix, but that didn't work for me either. Is it because the Wiimote Plus isn't recognized on wii64?

    * each app has to be *coded* to work for the controler so try a different app untill you have one that supports you wiimote ( USBloaderGX ) and then try a different 64 Emulator untill that way you know the wiimote works first. I think even if it works in latest HBC you are good from there on it is the apps issue. ( I may be wrong )

I've got the same type of issue, but it now appears to have spread?
Black Mario Kart bundle, 4.3E as stock, letterbombed, Homebrew browser installed via SD, then MAME installed via homebrew browser (as a test). After putting in roms, MAME worked fine with the wiimote (new buit-in MP+). Wanting to install usbloader GX, but needed to put on cIOSX d2x installer, when going into the installer the wiimote disconnects, so can't press any buttons. OK fine, I'll borrow an old remote to get past that.
But now, MAME has stopped working with the wiimote? It also disconnects the wiimote, whereas it used to work fine? Any thoughts? This is all in the period of about 1week, from purchase time.

PS. On a related note, these wiis no longer have the four gamecube ports, meaning there is no way to use a hard-wired controller, hence the predicament.

Hmm, for some reason the remotes now work, and I've gotten the cIOSX d2x installer to run. Initially on entering any of the homebrew apps the wiimote would drop out, but after hitting either home or A (can't remember which) it flashed the LEDs and locked in again.
Note however that we bought and ran Wii Fit, no idea if there's anything in it that could positively impact the IOSs or something?

Sorry if this was asked, but if a loader is compatible, does that mean any game loaded with the loader will work?

from what I read the app has to have support for the wiimote thats it. you have to rember to do a hard red button SYNC to get it to work that took me about a day or two to figure out.

WiiMOD is basically looks and acts like Multi-Mod. Just place it in the apps folder and use it like you would Multi-Mod.

Wii64 is outdated and can't be updated to support the new WM+ in it's current state.

This allows your controller to work/sync with the loader to select games and loader options options. The games will work too.

    RoGuE_StreaK, I have no idea.

    Hi all.
Similar basic question as Brandon R:
I am using a 2010 WII 4.2 with 2-3 yrs old HBC, uloader 5.1, CFG USB Loader.
If I use an old Wiimote to operate the loader and launch the game, then the new WMplus will work and sync ok during the games?
I mean, the issue would just be that I have to resync? The sync would need to be 'soft' resync via Home button or instead 'hard' via console Red button?
    Tnx
