Question HD compatible with CFG, not Wiiflow?

Hey there, just wondering if there is any solution to my problem. Just bought a new external HD to replace my old one. New one is portable and USB 3.0/2.0 compatible. Wiiflow and CFG used to read my old one fine, but my new one is only recognized by CFG. When I try Wiiflow (my preferred app) not only does it give me the error saying it isn't plugged in, but freezes on the following screen where I would be able to select my partition. The music plays over and over but the cursor is frozen. The remote is however still communicating because the 1P light is still on. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

its the usb 3.0 getting in the way.. some apps and such are touchy with the 3.0/2.0 compatible drives.

Thanks man, I appreciate the tip. Know of any other good USB Loaders? I've looked, and as far as I know there's only CFG, Wiiflow, and USB Loader GX which I've read in places is risky and might lead to a brick. CFG doesn't appear to have a "return to loader" option, even with the new cIOS d2x (I think it's called) which was supposed to have a built-in "return to loader" feature. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
