the thing is, PMW never installed anything. it advised certain things were out of date, but never installed them. thats what confuses me. everything that was installed was downloaded from modmii, and all that did was not allow to load hbc from system menu.

update, ok so i can load hacmii via bannerbomb v2. that is as far as i have gotten. before i go installing more stuff, i would like some guidance from someone who knows more than me. i would prefer to fix my wii, and not screw it up more (as i appear to be good at lol)

You listened to a pimp, and took his advise though?

You have a dop-ios mod v11.3-11.4 brick or similar issue caused by pimp my wii. To fix it do this-
    Extract wiimod-v3_bb2_cb2.zip to sd:\
Click on the sd icon from the main wii channel page
Load the boot.dol, wii mod should load
Select to load another ios, load ios236
    Now select the advanced menu
    Select Any Title Manager
    Select system titles
    Select ios0
    Delete ios0
Be sure not to delete anything else or you might not be happy.
Exit wii mod, load the system menu, your wii should be fixed.
