Okay, it actually managed to run this time, here's the results of the syscheck:

    Spoiler

Edit: Don't mind the incorrect report generated date, wii clock is incorrect, this was run just 10 minutes ago.

Your circumstances seemed to have changed since your first post. Its obvious that since then you have followed the ANY Wii guide. What are your issues now?

It's the last post on the first page of this thread, but basically i did indeed softmod the wii successfully with the guide you linked however wii originals and backups are not loading, neither are gamecube backups but gamecube originals load fine.

What does it say when they don't load?
Have you updated your loader to the latest revisions?

If I'm running off the disc loader it either gives me a black screen informing me of a error and telling me to eject the disc, or it just gives me the little question mark with disc read error. If i'm loading off neogamma with gamecube backups it says "DVD+R/bad burn/DL Problem?", wii backups state the same, and wii originals say the same as well, however gamecube originals load with no problem whatsoever, and this gamecube original game i'm using is in VERY poor condition, scratched to hell.
Edit: By loader did you mean neogamma?

I meant USB loader's, but you should update to the latest Neogamma R9 beta52
    and see if that works.
DVD+R's are not recommended. DVD-R's are the way to go.

I updated neogamma but it's still the same, and one of the errors is "No drive connected" although this only seems to occur when loading one gamecube backup. And I am using DVD-Rs it's strange that the error says +R

I'm leaning towards that your DVD drive is is on it's last legs.
Two years of playing from backup disc's, put great strain on
the drive. You'll probably need to replace it.
