USB Loader GX - How to?

Hey guys,

Fairly recently I installed the Homebrew channel on my Wii, system 4.3E & PAL, using the Bannerbomb technique. Most things seem to be going well, but I can't seem to find any step-by-step guides to installing the USB Loader GX app on a PAL system from scratch. I have absolutely no apps currently installed, and my IOS is 58. From scratch, how do I get the app? I've heard things like changing the IOS, installing some sort of WAD opener (which I tried, but it gave me an error), and other things, but I don't really understand a lot of it. All I want is the app, not the channel or anything else (if that's possible). Is it even possible to install without installing WAD's?

So yeah, from absolute scratch, how can I get the app? I need to back up my games ASAP...
