Random black screens in USB LoaderGX, sysCheckGx inside.

I'm wondering if i have all the iso/wads needed. Any help would be appreciated.

(I use a 500gb HDD, formatted to FAT32. I convert all the games to .WBFS. The games run great, just every so often a random black screen.)

You look to have mixed and matched guides and cIOS. The majority of the report suggests mauifrog's guide (or a relatively close knock off --- and yes, we've seen that re: knock offs). The version of SysCheck you ran doesn't tell base for your cIOS --- but 249/250 are definitely not from mauifrog's guide. What guide did you follow, as likely the solution I'd offer is "follow mauifrog's softmod any wii guide," as it appears you have not thus far.

Are the black screens from games that use cIOS 222 and 223?
Reason I ask is because they're stubbed.

I believe I did mix and match guides, I can't recall which ones I used.

The only black screens, that I can recall, I've gotten are from Super Smash Bros Brawl, during the Subspace Emisarry, after mario vs.kirby, beating a classic mode and getting to the credits and then a black screen. And during Guilty Gears XX after a random fight.

In regards to this, would I just reformat the Wii, and start from scratch or is there another way to go by.
And I would be using the Indiana Pwns to do it, because Letterbomb just doesn't work with my Wii. Or is there a better way to go by?

You already have HBC so there is no need for letterbomb or indiana pwns. Follow the section for "softmods with homebrew channel installed"
Whatever you do, DO NOT format the wii, the guide will simply overwrite your existing mod.
