    Installed, but...

    Hi all,

So using the HackMii installer, I have installed the HomeBrew channel, and BootMii - as boot 2, and IOS (Not a clue what the different was) - all went well! It installed successfully as far as I could tell, no errors, had options to uninstall now, looked great.

I hit exit from the HackMii installer menu, and it brought me to the homebrew channel - which was completely empty minus the wirless connection symbol on the bottom righthand corner, and of course the bubble background. I can press "1" to bring up a small options menu regarding device and application sorting - but that's it! I can't load games, applications.. nadda!

I can press the home button on the wiimote to bring up another menu which allows me to launch bootmii or exit to system menu.

Bringing up BootMii freezes my wii. Controller stops responding. I can see the background to BootMii, but that's it apparently.

When I reboot I'm brought to OIS v60 Systemmenu v417, preloader v0.29. I have the option to load system menu, homebrew channel, installed file, load/install file, systemmenu hacks, settings.

Systemmenu is simply the Wii Menu, which works.
Homebrew channel loads an error: Error booting HBC, maybe title not installed?

So, needless to say I can do nothing but load the regular Wii menu.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciatedl

    Just found a logfile:

You're not following our softmod guide are you? You can navigate the botmii menu with the resetand power button on the Wii. To make apps appear on the HBC ake a folder called apps on the root of the SD. You'd be better following maufrog's softmod any wii guide

I am following "README.txt" - I did miss the part about the power/reset button as the navigation method though, thank-you..

after re-reading this.. I'm still unsure why I'm receiving "Error autobooting HBC, maybe title not installed?" as an error. I'm also confused as to why I cannot load my games / applications anymore.

    Thanks for your quick reply!

That error appears when not running the latest priiloader version. As I said, you'd be better following the softmod any wii guide
