is it possible to backup a wbfs partition of and hdd?

my hdd which i use to play on my wii is half-way done.
I haven't backed up any of my game ISO's.
So the question is, if i can export my partition and import it back to another hdd (or the same one after format)?

    thank you

Windows can't work with that. Wbfs manager or one of it's modified versions are used to clone or move individual items from drive to drive.
