    how to get homebrew to work on hdd

    My wii is soft modded. i have two partitions on my hdd. one for my wii backups which work, and the 2nd partition for my emulators and stuff. the thing is, i cant get anything to work off the 2nd partition. i dont want to store my roms on on my sd card.

    is that partition set to being active?

    my iso partition is set to active. should i make my 2nd partition active?

    only 1 partition can be active at any given time...

    are you saying that i cant play wii games and brew at the same time. that i have to connect it to my comp everytime to switch.

    I havent used a wbfs formatted drive for ages so wasn't sure about the active on both partitions so apparantly not.
    You can just have one partition formatted to fat32 that you can run your games and apps from by the way.

    the wii will recognize the partition if its fat32? where do i go on the wii to load the emulators/roms, etc.
