I am somewhat in the same shoes you are in esp13 but I haven't tried as many games yet. The only difference is that games like BoomBlox will load and play through but the screen scrolls. I am a little curious what games MenuPatcher is able to load for you that Gamma is not as I am about ready to load it on my system. Also if you could share what games you were able to load on Gamma successfully I would appreciate it.

Gimme few minutes to make a list. I have been running the menu patcher before each game and then using the backup launcher for all of the games, but I know that some work straight from the backup launcher and some from the Disc Channel. I need to go check each one. Unfortunatly, my two boys are knee deep in a Royal Rumble match right now, so I'll post details later.

These couple of sites will give you some idea of what may play and what might not.

I appreciate the links; unfortunately I don't know how accurate their informaiton is, plus I know the backup launcher has many issues, plus I know that there are too many variables. To me it sounded like esp13 has a very similar situation to my own so I was going to try and go off of his personal list and find any differences.

Also the only think that hangs me up is that when I try the cIOS37_rev2-Installer using a wad I found online the installation goes through but 37 never shows up on Anytitle Deleter and then all of the games that worked in the past stop working. Then I have to delete 249 and reinstall that along with the gamma to work again. It feels like I keep chasing my tail with this. I am going to try to find a different wad for 37 online but I am pretty sure the one that I have is the right one.

Edit: I just found in the Readme that 37 does install as 249 but that still does not explain why once I install this CIOS all of the games that worked previously stop working.

Alright!!! I found something for the non-working games. I don't know where I got it (it was still in my downloads folder) but I had a 3-in-1 rar that included a 0.1 loader, 0.3 gamma loader and Softchip loader (R51 I believe). Anyway, a few of the previously non-working games will load with Softchip using IOS 248.
    They are:

    Boom Blox
    Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party
    Tony Hawk's Proving Ground
    Tiger Woods 09

I tried DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3, but it didn't work. So I still need to try the 0.1 loader on that one or loading a different IOS on Softchip (any suggestions?). Any of the other games, I haven't tried yet and I gotta get to bed, so I'll try tmrw. It's looking promising so I hope this info helps other.

Second, Since ou have a USA Wii, Use NTSC games. The backup loaders can't run games from other regions.
clarification- most PAL games do work on backup launcher gamma with NTSC forced, almost all my games are PAL and I use a NTSC Wii
