hmm, wonder if that has anything to do with your problems...IOS249 (rev 21, Info: rev 21): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
I would redownload the MIOS for your Wii and install it then do the GC guide over again, and change cIOS 249 to 249 version whatever flavor maui is pimping in his guide at the moment... just a suggestion here...
Ok, thanks. I will try that. Do you have a link to the guide.
sorry, I do not see that in his guide, but OKd2x v6 - 249, 250
and I have no idea what would cause the version to be maxed out, unless you done this yourself...BC v65535
Thanks cjizzle forand Briand2x v6 - 249, 250i think that version was an option i checked in the cMios installerBC v65535
and I have no idea what would cause the version to be maxed out, unless you done this yourself...
My apologies to Josh and Brian. Brian was correct about the bases.
Maui's guide installs the following:
249 seems to be the standard now, but I forgot that his guide autoloads 248, so if you did indeed follow his Softmod ANY Wii guide you should use these slots and bases for best compatibility.
Thats entirely up to you. I don't really see anything in your syscheck that sticks out at me other than the 249 that Brian pointed out. As long as all of your wii games work I see no need to change much other than maybe putting d2x v6 in slot 249. You can always try it with different bases. Currently base 56 gives the best game compatibility.
