    i use geexbox, compatability for formats is the same, just the presentation is quite a bit better.

    dont really like the name much though

    So is it possible to install .wad Apps/(Channels) onto a USB drive since the internal memory of the wii only allows so many?

    No, that would be running channels from the USB drive. Almost like keeping your dashboard stored on a HDD. It won't work
