I've never really worked that much with homebrew and that stuff, but i don't think so, no. That is the impression im getting from quite a bit of reading on this site. But a USB card reader can't be that expensive these days. Im from Denmark in Europe and i think they can be purchased for what would be 10-12 dollars. So that would be my advise, get one of those

You can easily buy an sd reader, they are quite cheap.

You can get multi readers like this one

or a single one similar to this one

    Once you buy one,

    Do all of this

Depends on where you buy it from,

My guess anywhere from like $10+ depending on brand and type etc

Take a look at your local electronics store or ebay if you can wait the shipping time.

Not sure where you're located, but SD card readers are found in almost any Best Buy, Circuit City, Office Max, Office Depot, Wal-Mart, Target, Staples, Fry's Electronics, Wolf Camera, or Ritz Camera.

You can order them online for almost nothing, but if you need it today, head to one of these stores.

To install WiiWare / Virtual Console games, you need the .Wad Manager.
To get the .Wad Manager, you need the HomeBrew Channel.
To get the HomeBrew Channel, you need the Twilight Hack.
To run the Twilight Hack, you need The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
To get The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, you need $50.
To get $50, you need to get a job or rob someone.

For details on how to install the HBC / Wad Manager / StarFall / Downgrade, head to my signature for the link.
