    Upgrade mods without going online

Hi All, I'm running a softmodded wii and trying to load a backup PAL CoD: black ops. but my softchiop loader and neo gamma say "unable to read wii disc" after loading. I also have a USB v1.5 and it also gives "error #002" - blue screen. I can't seem to go online either. the console accepts the wifi password but fails the test.

Is there a way I can safely upgrade my mod and get a loader to play the backup without going online?

    I'm running the following IOSs:
    sysCheck v2.1.0b7 by Double_A
    ...runs on IOS36 (rev 65535).

    Region: NTSC-U
    System Menu 4.0U (v417)
Homebrew Channel 1.0.1 running on IOS36
    Hollywood v0x11
    Console ID: 111441792
    Boot2 v3
    Found 71 titles.

Your system check is all jacked up. trucha bugs everywhere? You must of used pimp my wii or cioscorp. I don't think I ever seen IOS254 stubbed, isn't that for bootmii? And your cios is out of date. Homebrew is out of date and not running on IOS58. Now that I pointed out what's wrong, I'll let you search and find out how to fix it. Only because I think you might be a pirate. You found the wrong treasure with the pal version of black ops.
