That error means that the program crashed. Did you get the program from a reliable source?

Wii crashing bug in the program because it was the cover flow wii 3d. Now I use the usb loader, and everything's okay subject to closure.

It is something to do with the meta.xml file. I had this problem it was sorted with help from one of the regular pro's on here,Bmarlo helped me out quite a while back, I'm all sorted now,

Try removing <no iOS reload> from each app( that crashes) Meta.xml file.

    Hey Grandpa1959, how are you?
Ok, what you need to do is close that window that opened, and just right click
on the Meta.XML file, then scroll down to edit and click it.
Then Notepad will open up with some code in it.
Simply delete the line <no_ios_reload/>, then click on file in the top left corner
and save it. Done. Put your SD card back in your Wii.
Hope I helped, and thanks for your contributions to WiiHacks.
    Cheers.

    bmarlo.
    If it helps say thanks.

Hello, I had this same issue and followed Grandpa1959's advice. Now it has another error that says; "WiiMAC does not have DVD access -AHBPROT is not enabled." I wasn't the one who hacked my Wii so can you help me in the most "Wii hacking for dummies" way you can?

I tried to hack my Wii after my little brother in law updated it to 4.2u but at the time nothing seemed to work (I believe it was the beginning of 2010). My girlfriend was able to hack it but when I burned DVD's to use I first got the "DIS" error, did as you suggested and now I'm getting this error.
