Can the author of this thread please confirm that the myth of Nintendo automatically upgrading the 3.4 systems is not true? That nobody has actually had this happen to them - just because its in the user agreement doesn't mean that Nintendo is doing this.

A scrubbed game is not Trucha signed, a partition has to be fakesigned only when a file is changed. There was a post by Dack on GBATemp somewhere on this.
