Unable to launch VCgames with IOS9-flag

Hey guys. Out of all the VC-wads Ive been testing only some of the work. Those who wont work gives me a black screen and the system freezes. I found out that only the games using IOS9 gives me this problem. I have tried updating my IOS9 to the most recent version but these problems still persists.

Any thought on how I should try to solve this problem?

My system is a softmodded black Wii with the new boot1 and nowadays FW 4.1E.
