Black screen on all games after SSBB.

Ok, so I moded my Wii in 2010 using a guide on this site. I have USB launcher GX (updated). It all worked perfectly until yesterday when I tried to load Super Smash Bros. I never had SSBB on the disk before and when I tried to play it it the screen went black and reset back to homebrew. Now I get a black screen on every game.

I'm sorry if this has been asked a 1000 times but I just can't find a solution. And the problem is that I don't even know what I did back then to mod it since it was a Step by step guide that worked perfectly on the first try. :)

Post a system check. Not understanding the part about SSBB being on a disk. Is it a downloaded game?

wow...your mod is a bit out of date. Look at the "what this guide installs" tab on Mauifrog's Softmod ANY wii Guide and you will seen huge differences.You can use that guide to update your wii.

edit: The newest gx 2.1 has a warning about keeping all of the file paths set to the sd card or possible data corruption can occur. Hopefully this is not what happened to you! {Guide} Preparing and Installing USB Loader GX

Yeah, I know. :D The only games I played for the last year were New Super Mario and Mario Kart with my girlfriend. Since they both worked I never updated.
