Help with Syscheck data please :)

    Hi guys,

as a bit of background, I've been using softmodded wii for 2/3 years now, but since getting xbox at xmas, the wii has been left gathering dust. Anyway, fancied a bash on backup disc of mariokart today, but it won't play. It gets to the point of selecting which players file you want to load, then "game disc can't be read" error appears.

Strangely, I had a warning on Neo gamma launcher saying that is was designed for cios 38 rev 14 and I was using rev 9. I've never seen this message before, so strange why its appeared now. Anyway, I installed rev 14 as suggested, but nothings changed (except I don't get that message from neo now!)

Here's my syscheck data as suggested in another post, could someone cast an eye over it and make any suggestions as to updates or amendments I should make?

    Thanks in advance

Its quite dated, follow the softmod any wii guide to bring u right up to date. that may not be the solution to your problem though. Does this happen on every game? including originals?

Cheer pob - yep, I knew it'd look out of date bust not really touched it for a year or more!

Still got to try it on other discs & originals so I'll let you know but for now I'll follow the guide as suggested.

I'd already got that page open, but guess I wanted reassurance that I wasn't about to trash the wii!

    I'll be back.....

Followed the Softmod any Wii post (which I have to say is the best tutorial I have ever read!) and all is update now. Mariokart still not working, but other backups do, so it must be the disc - new backup being produced as we speak.

    Thanks for the help
