Help on how to install/reinstall cios249

"Hi, everybody. I'm new to the site, I need some help. I only know a little bit about the Wii hacks, strategies, even some terms & definitions. I have the red Wii v4.3U & it was modded. Recently I deleted the cIOS249 by accident & now the cfg USB loader doesn't want to run without it. Can someone help me out & guide me through of how can I install it again. It would be really a lifesaver. I have tried a couple of methods including a link from here, downloaded a .wad from a link from here & tried to install it using the Wad Manager & didn't want to install sending some -1 error, something like that. I did it once extracting the file into the .wad folder & the other one extracting into the SD card. I need some truly professional help on this & the people on this site know what they talk about so & I'm putting my trust on this. Any other info. needed for the solution of this problem would be provided. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks" - 'impredecible24'

I'm pretty sure you can use DOP-mii or MMM = Multi Mod Manager if I'm not mistaken! Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

EDIT: Heres the thread you should look at also this one an this one too!

You are completely wrong. DOP-Mii has nothing to do with you cIOS unless you want to stub them for some odd reason. MMM can be used to install cIOS WADs but can't be used on it's own. Either Cile's thread you linked with cIOS wads and MMM/Wad Manager or Wanin's cIOS installer are what is actually needed. DOP-Mii is entirely useless in this situation.

So don't respond to things you don't know about before someone listens to you and damages their Wii.
