Lost homebrew channel! Please help

So my punk brother upgraded my wii to 4.3, and now I don't have my homebrew channel anymore. Furthermore he took it upon himself to take my sd card out, format it, and throw it in his new Nikon..
Well, I've read about the exploits with the games like smash stack, so can you use a burned copy of the game for this? I still have usb loader and neogamma on the wii as a channel and can still play games.
If not, then could this "fowarder" option have any chance on my wii? With the usb loader channel somehow?

If u updated via nintendo i don't think u would still be able to play backed up games, anyhow read the softmod any wii guide it tells u the options that u have to get the hbc back from your situation

Well it was updated through Nintendo, and I have played backups through the neogamma and softchip channels I had on.
I did read the guides, that's why I was asking about them?

If u read the guide then u would already know that the forwarder option is a possibility for u. When u do a Nintendo update they stub your custom ios and remove any patches, so backup game play would be impossible unless u had a modchip installed

I wouldn't know about the fowarder option if I didn't.
My problem was that I didn't have anything on my sd card though.
Since it was wiped.

The forwarder option you can try if your channels are still working.
There is an application pack at the end of the guide to get you started after you have installed HB again.

Post a syscheck after you are done so we can nit pick at your wii internals lol. What I mean by this is to make sure you have not got any stubs where they shouldn't be.

The fowarder option says that I'm supposed to have the app folder with my "channel" in it to replace the file. Is there a way to do this from a fresh sd card? Since mine was erased.

All u need to do is create a folder on an sd card called apps. Within that folder should be (whatever the channel on the wii is - ie usb loader) Then within that file u place the boot.dol that u downloaded from the guide.

Hmmm. I just tried that, and it just loads the channel like normal.
I used the channel "USB Loader GX"
and placed the file into apps/usbloader_gx
Is that right?

Yes that is correct. R u sure they are forwarders and not installed channels? If they were working without the Sd card I would say they are installed channels an so no use to u.
