I was on an earlier version but I updated to this one when I was first having this problem (updating didn't fix it)

U need to edit the config file then, its the only way i acn think to do it. When i first changed to fat32 as soon as i loaded up it came up cannot find wbfs partition, then i just scrolled through an selected fat32 an that was it done and dusted.

I found a CONFIG.txt in the usb-loader folder which is in the main root of my SD card (and I'm pretty sure it's associated with configurable usb loader). It showed stuff like
    #Theme =

    #gui =

    #device = usb

It isn't blank after #gui and #theme but I don't remember what it says. There's more than one #gui = options too.

I didn't see any options about a partition though.

I just formatted it back to FAT32 and when I put it in my wii and load configuration usb loader, it says the partition is FAT1. I'm guessing I need to change that to FAT32, but I don't know how to do that.

No, it should be FAT1, it just means it is fat partition 1 incase u have more than one partition on your drive

If cfg usb loader is loading up and u can go to the settings menu an change things etc then i think it is just a matter of how u have the hd setup, have a look at this guide also make sure that your drive is compatible, im assuming it is as u said it worked for wbfs but just in case here is the http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...lity-list.html

I got it working! This guide didn't help, my drive is compatible (PNY Attache 4GB) and the program didn't work, but, I was in Configurable USB Loader and I accidentally started to install a game. It was too big to fit on my USB so I then thought to myself, "If I can write games on there, I should be able to put games on there" so I installed Super Mario All-Stars real quick and it fixed the problem. It was able to read games off of my USB after I installed it. Thanks anyway, I hope this works for other people who get this problem. Thank you for your time and effort.
