Wad Manager won't mount from USB flash drive

Okay all this trouble is coming from trying to make MH3 to work, unbelieveable !

So right now I don't have a SD now temporarily, so I was lucky to hear that you can loads apps for Homebrew Channel using USB . So I wanted to installcIOS249 [37] Rev 37 (Yes I am aware that will cause trouble later on for Wad Manager) and the download was a Wad file, i put it the Wad folder at the root of my USB flash drive and started MMM. Loaded Wad Manager, asked me where to mount from and I chose USB, and gave me an error. Need help from the trusty staff from WiiHacks

It would help to know what the error was. Wad manager is very picky about the media it runs on. If you have a different usb stick I would try that. You know that you can install that cios in a different slot and leave your 249 alone right?

You can follow this guide to install cIOS 223 with base 37 and 38 merged

Thank you guys for the quick respnse ! Skellinator, the error message just said "error mounting device: usb" Unfortunately i don't have another USB stick...

Richardsito the game works perfectly on Uloader, but the thing is i don't want to use Uloader, one member in that guide confirmed that it was possible to MH3 with Neogamma, which is my favorite Disc backup loader !

neogamma can only load games with IOS 249, so you need to install this to base 37

It is a link to the cios installer. It will do an online install and you wont have the issue with wad manager not liking your usb device/
