New Problem with GX USB loader

Well earlier today I was ablot to rip and play wii sports through the GX USB loader and everything worked fine. I tried ripping 3 more games (Wii Sports Resort, Cabala's Monster Buck Hunter, and Animal Crossing City Folk. I am not so much concerned about Resort cause I know it has problems) to my flash drive that already worked with Wii sports, but when I rip them they get to 100% and the screen just hangs there, I have to restart my Wii, and then the games are their but when I click on them they start and then it goes back to the wii menu. I've read that I need ios58 installed to fix this but I'm on 4.3 and Wii Wiki says 4.3 already has it. And help would be much appreciated.

You should already have that ios, but it wouldn't hurt to do a syscheck just to be sure. http://www.wiihacks.com/customizatio...-released.html
Try reripping them again too. I have had problems ripping multiple games with gx too. I hate to suggest another loader, but cfg loader is very reliable. You could use it just to rip games with if you wanted to.

Yes I already used that program I have ios58. Ugh another loader. For some reason Wii Flow doesnt recognize any of my flash drives but GX does so I've been using that but everyone says it has problems so I'll switch again. Do I need to reformat my USB drive with the ripped games?

I would just put cfg on your sd card and see if it will play the games first. If it does, then gx is ripping them fine but failing to read them. You cane continue to use gx to play games, even if you use cfg to rip them. Personally I prefer GX and will go to great lengths to make mine work. I do however have to resort to cfg occasionally though.

Ok I'll try that and see if it works. Btw I have tried it in the homebrew channel and as a forwarder channel and both give me the same result.

The forwarder channel just points to the app in homebrew, so its just another way to launch the same program. You will probably have to rerip the games. After you do that, see if they work in cfg then try with gx.

are you running the latest version of gx? a user just this morning was having similar issues and said they were fixed after updateing GX..
I prefer CFG like Skell suggested though.. less problematic..

Lol the person this morning was me. CFG recognizes the wii sports rip that worked in gx works in cfg the others aren't recognized in cfg and gx won't let me delete them. I tried ripping animal crossing in cfg and it failed at 62.22% because of split error writing disk.

Use wiibackup manager to delete them. The will probably show up in there as corrupted files (red letters with line running through it). Then rerip them. If you are not on GX2.0, you should upgrade. If you do upgrade, be sure to delete everything gx related from your sd/usb drive and start completely fresh.

Is it normal to have so many failed rips?
