Not really, unless your discs are in bad shape. If they do the same with cfg then you have some beat up discs or your laser is starting to fail. btw, i edited my previous post.

Younger kids have acces to my games so maybe theyre too scratched. I don't wanna break any rules, but if I was able to obtain a wii iso of a game I OWN without ripping it, would that be legal.

As long as you own the game I think it's ok. I am not a copyright law specialist though. If you don't own it it is piracy for sure!

I guess cfg did not rip them correctly either?

Nope a similar thing happened so I'm guessing it's my disks. I can find my way around the net so I think I'll be good finding backups. Sucks that I can't just straight rip them though. I'm going to try the rest of my games tonight, and if they all don't work I think something's wrong, but if some work I'll know it's the games.

Do the games play at all from the original discs?

hmmm...... your usb device must be the issue. You never did post a syscheck, put one on here and maybe we will spot something else. It really sounds like the usb drive though.

If you were to get the ISO's of games you own it is perfectly legal my source is a family member being a lawyer

This is how to post that sys check btw

Use that check ^ once it's done put the card in your computer, go to the files in it, right click on the sys check, open with word pa or whatever, copy, paste in a spoiler here. Hope that helps
