Change your wiis dns settings to point to your dns server and get the patched SM 4.1 to install via system update. Them you could use bannerbomb to load dop-mii v11.5-v15, do a syscheck and hopefully fix your wii. This can work, but has only been done in theory, so you would have some homework to do to get it running.
According to a thread in the brick section, mauifrog claims the Nintendo Update Server could be emulated.

Let's say we COULD emulate the NUS- wouldn't someone be able to manage one?

For example, it would seem that we could allow it to add 202, 223, 224, and 250. That would, as a result, simplify the softmodding process- it could do all the patching and softmodding for us. The only exception being the patched system menu IOS.

Discuss what you think would be possible for WiiHacks with it.

This would only be useful if the system menu was already patched (as you can't install any patched IOS without another patched IOS). Therefor the wii would need to be modded previously.
    Damn I suck!!!!

I had meant after patching SysIOS, and installing cIOS 236- After that, the person handling the server would be able to keep it updated with the latest stable cIOS and patches and all that other crap.

@Cile: Nintendo is already pissed off. Read my above reply if you want to know why I even brought this up.

Well it looks like it's not even possible and if it was it would be almost pointless as we can already mod the Wii and half the fun is in the process. Plus you have to start modding and install patched IOS before it would even work.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Ok, ok. It was an idea.

Discuss what you think would be possible for WiiHacks with it.
If we didn't have to. Now, let's all get onto the subject originally intended.
