    Little help please, I cant title a thread!

    hi right first off i dont know if this thread is in the right place so please tell me if it isnt and ill remove and repost where it should be so sorry if it is! im 2nd im new to this (no excuse i know!) what i want to know is........
    my nephews have a hard drive with games on but they got there wii chipped apparently now if i softmod my wii ( i have read the guide on how to do that thanx btw!!) will i be able to run their hard drive on my wii straight away or will i have to do anything else to it and if so what! ( sorry to be rude but can u put it into extreme idiot terms as i am not down with the "lingo" hahaha)

    Yes, you must softmod the wii first to play game backups. Follow one of the guides in my sig that matches your firmware version(can be found by going to setings in the top right corner)

    Thanx for the reply once I have done that can I duplicate their hard drive as u would a normal hard drive and it work on my Wii or will the games become corrupt thanx again

    Ok i have installed the homebrew channel and have run bootmii as boot2 i now have the homebrew channel on the start up menu can u please direct me as to what to do now as regards plugging in a hard drive and running the games off it that are already in there?? the hard drive uses wiiflow(??) on another wii will it just " plug in and play" or do i have to run more programs??

    Use cfg usb loader. Put it in the apps folder and Launch it from the hbc.

    apps folder?? what apps folder?? where do i get this from do i have to create one when loading the homebrew channel?? do i reload the homebrew channel with one created or not?? i have put it on a memory card run the h/b channel but nothing u say to put it in the apps folder but i dont know where it is! sorrry!! THANKS LOADS!!!

    Create a folder called "apps" (without the quotes) on the root of the sd. Put cfg usb loader folder on that folder.

    Must be like this:

    SD:/apps/usbloader/boot.dol
