Qustions about 3.3E installl homebrew and playing copies

I just brought a Wii yesterday and it's in ver. 3.3E
I do want to play copies, but have a few questions

Is it possible to install the homebrew channel in 3.3E? as I found the offical site states that "!! Only works on systemmenu <= 3.2 and requires a modchip !!"
or do i have to downgrade 1st and install it after?

Also, is it need a modchip to play copies and backups? or just installed homebrew channel and release the area code restriction will also made copies possible to play?

    Thank you so much.

    thats for ISO downloads

you can do it with twilight princess, and a hacked gamesave

you can use homebrew channel, to play backups but it works poorly

You can install the Homebrew Channel via Twilight Hack on a 3.3 firmware system. The Homebrew Channel gives you the ability to access the SD card slot to run a firmware downgrader.

You can't downgrade without the Homebrew Channel. You have to install that first.

No. Follow the guide posted above to learn how to install the "Backup Loader Gamma". Now, the backup loader doesn't work 100% of the time. A modchip gives you much better reliability.

Also, know the rules about running a backup.
    - DVD-R
    - burn at 2X with ImgBurn (freeware)

Again, the Homebrew Channel gives you access to the SD card slot. You're able to launch applications off of it.

Remember, when you're at the 3.2, you don't want to go back up. Install "StarFall" (in the guide above) to block disc initiated updates.

    1. Install Homebrew Channel by using Twilight Hack
    2. Downgrade to 3.2 (Is it necesssary?)
    3. Install Backup Launder
    4. Using "StarFalll" to block disc initiated updates
