Exclamation After Updating online Homebrew channel vanished

Hi Guys, I really need some help
I've done somethg silly. My first time to connect to internet and I've been asked to update. After I did it, my homebrew channel vanished from the wii menu, and when I try to access my game from my USBLoader GX, I have a black screen which last forever. When I try to access my SD card from the menu, I have an error message "Error#004".
When I check my SD card on my computer, it still contain everything (I also saved its contain on my computer before the update)
Are the damages important?? How can I get my homebrew channel back and everthing else?
    Thank u thousands to help

Follow the guide for your system menu (that is the only way). Which is now 4.3 if you updated online. Never accept official updates. Post in the introduction section if you want links.
    Damn I suck!!!!

you can rent the game from your local video store if it is just for the exploit. Piracy is not supported but borrowing a game to complete the hack is an acceptable grey area........I think!!! LOL

All this said......please don't ask me how I did it but I am 99% certain that I was on 4.3e when I hacked my wii and I did it without any 'games' for the exploit. Like I say it was a while ago and I can't quite remember exept for the fact that I used mauifrogs softmod any wii guide. I used this one coz I had a SM of 4.3????
I don't know how I managed it though.

If you have a forwarder installed you can softmod without a game.

Thread closed, read the guide. No need for people to spoon-feed you the information when all you have to do is read the guide. If you have questions when following the guide then ask in the guide.
    Damn I suck!!!!
