You can but I haven't tried it. Even if you did that you should backup your files just in case....so better to just back them up then do whatever you want. Resize/add a partition or format and start again.

I have a 1TB Iomega Prestige formatted to NTFS that works perfectly with Cfg.....maybe you have some other issue?
    Damn I suck!!!!

Easeus works fine and is very user friendly so I personally would recomend that. I was trying to do the same as you and create a partition on unused space on a HDD. I was unable to like I said, just transfered data and then back again after the partitioning was done, although I think I used Gparted or Partition magic or something but easeus would have been fine.
You WILL lose data that is not backed up with any partition manager that I have found. This however is not set in stone, somebody might know a way of creating a partition on a drive that is in use!! I don't know.

Dont know if u read the previous posts, but the problem i had with my 2TB drive was that for Mario Galaxy 2 during gameplay my HD would make clicking noises and then mario ends up walking off a cliff and also after i beat a level the screen stays on a black screen which i then have to turn off my Wii, for Bully Scholarship during a talking scene at some point the drive will click for a few seconds and then the last couple words that was said are repetitive until the scene ends and then it freezes while it's loading, I tried skipping the talk scenes and rush gameplay so I could save but after the first save it's not that easy to do anymore, plus I don't want to rush the game that's no fun.

My 250GB HD is also NTFS and it works 100% no problems, Joostin said that I must have been lucky that my 250GB drive worked because apparently NTFS is new-er and FAT32 or WBFS is the way to go, but dammit if your 1TB NTFS Prestige drive worked then I have to find a way, or I'll just format it to FAT32, right now I just want to fix this problem because I just bought this 2TB HD and the only thing it does right is play movies on WiiMC

Well does this happen with any other games? Do any games work normally?

I'm using Cfg Loader v60 249 revision. I have cIOSx rev 21 installed and I also use Hermes 222,223,224. All work fine with NTFS and the 1TB.
    Damn I suck!!!!

I played Mario Galaxy2 and BIGS2 on my 250GB HD and they worked perfect, I transferred Mario Galaxy2 to my 2TB and it didn't play smooth like I hoped, Bully I just transferred it to my 2TB to try it out.

When CFG loads up it says
    V58
    249
    250 [FRAG]

But I want it to work for those games as well, Bully I can't even properly play it and it looks like a fun game, i just don't understand the difference between my 2 drives besides the amount of space, but anyway, if I do decide to format it to FAT32 which I might have no choice I atleast hope that will cure the freezing and make it smooth, otherwise I have to find somebody else with a 2TB iomega Prestige and see if they got it to work for them

Yeah I understand that, I suggested it for testing purposes but you don't seem to want to do any testing
    Damn I suck!!!!
