How to bypass internet user agreement?

Hi, I bought my Korean Wii a year or two ago in China. I never updated it, it's still 4.0u. However, it did not have the ability to go online because of the user agreement crap. I am wondering if there is a way to bypass this now? I ask this because I tried asking a year ago and nobody knew.

    Thanks for helping~

I appeciate the fast response. My wii keeps telling me to update before I could do any sort of agreeing or denying.

I've seen this before but can't find the thread right now. I believe that the user finally solved his problem by using ARC (any Region Changer) to force the acceptance.

    found it:

If you haven't soft modded it yet I would recommend doing that. Install priiloader and activate the block updates hacks. Then you wont have to worry about any updates.

Installing Priiloader will not help him get on the internet. If you read through the thread that I linked, that user had the same issue. Every time he tried to accept the user agreement it would not allow him because it kept telling him he needed to update.

Yes he needs to be softmoded but he also needs to be softmoded in oder to install Priiloader.

Krafter, I hadn't seen your post yet as I was typing mine. The softmodding comment was supposed to be a , not a . as in the order to do it in lol It was just a though of things to try but I bow to your experience and ability to remember problems and solutions from other threads.

I can play backup games fine now, does that mean I'm soft modded? Also, I tried the ARC 1.1b and it would not let me change the EULA from disable to anything else. It just stays at disabled.

    I got it to work,

    1. Go to User Agreements in Settings. And Don't Accept - Choose No. I read somewhere ARC troubleshoot that it requires an entry of Yes/No in the settings file. It can then manipulate it.
    2. Download AnyRegionChanger 1.1b and Mark EULA as read.

    Done!
did you click on no first and then download and run the app?

And yes if you can play back up you are modded
