Band Hero - Black Screen / 4.3u wii

My wii bricked, so I bought a new one. But the new came with the 4.3 system menu.
I followed this tutorial to install the usb loader (http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...mod-guide.html) and it worked. But when I try to play band hero, I get a black screen. I found tutorials teaching how to fix this, but can I follow them even with a 4.3 wii, or I'll have to downgrade it?

I don't want to throw away my guitar

What makes you think System Menu version even enters into the equation?

It's because people say everywhere "don't update to 4.3" and I don't understand too much about this.

Just making sure that I won't lose another wii (:

    So, if it's safe, thanks

There is not one game that requires a certain system menu version, my wii is 3.1 and plays all the games that a 4.1 or 4.3 will play. If your games do not work then look to the cIOS or alternate way of booting the game.

I just thought the wii could brick in the 4.3 for some reason, but looks like it doesn't matter.

    thanks for the help

Be aware, right after I posted a link, I edited/changed it. IDK if you subscribe to this thread or not, but the revised link will pretty much do for ANY music-type game. Make sure you follow the revised link.

It is saying that will work to every music game, and I found the cIOS that's going to help me.
I'll try it tomorrow, it's 3 in the morning here.

    You really helped

No, you don't have the ability to close threads, but I can do that. Keep in mind, if you run into problems questions go in said guide you're following. Good luck; if it works, click "thanks" on post #1 in the linked guide (to acknowledge Krank's contribution).

Edit: also don't post consecutive posts, use the "edit" button if you had something to add (otherwise this is viewed as "thread bumping," which is against the rules).
